It protects cooling circuits – – or continuous dosing and ensures a minimum flow – – or that a maximum is not exceeded. A microcontactor type reed switch generates an on-off signal suitable for activating alarms or for stopping and driving pump motors.
OUTSTANDING CHARACTERISTICS
Unbeatable simplicity design, without bellows or stuffing box.
Total insulation between the fluid and the electric circuit.
Simple and quick installation.
Minimal loss of load.
Low cost and zero maintenance
MAIN APPLICATIONS
It monitors lubrication or cooling circuits regardless of pressure, emitting an electrical signal at a predetermined flow rate.
Operates alarms and electrical controls for lack or excess flow.
It controls the flow of fluids in pipes from Ø 1/2 “to Ø 10”.
PERFORMANCE
It is based on the magnetic coupling between a magnet and a microcontactor reed. The magnet is attached to the end of a lever whose blade interferes with the fluid flow perpendicularly.
The microcontactor reed is housed in a cylindrical sheath parallel to the axis of the pipe, in a totally dry zone.
In this way a perfect hermetic separation between the electrical circuit and the fluid to be controlled is ensured; Without need for seals, seals or glands, avoiding friction, hysteresis and maintenance.
